About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Webflow Developer with UX/UI expertise to take ownership of our platform's digital experience. In this remote position, you'll combine no-code development with strategic UX/UI thinking to build responsive, user-centered web solutions. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and wants autonomy to shape how our platform evolves.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the platform's overall digital experience, ensuring usability, performance, and a user-centered approach
• Develop and maintain landing pages and full site structure using Webflow
• Create a price simulator with origin, destination, weight, and volume inputs
• Implement tracking systems and login areas for Companies, Institutions, and Personal Accounts
• Integrate interactive maps, RNE database, and payment methods into the platform
• Work with automations, CRM systems, and API integrations
• Ensure responsive design, smooth navigation, and user-centered principles across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Proven experience with Webflow development
• Strong skills in UX/UI design principles and implementation
• Experience with no-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Memberstack, Wized, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with API and database integrations
• Self-driven, organized mindset with strong communication skills
• Attention to detail with a genuine focus on user experience
