About the Role

Webnomads is hiring a Webflow Developer to join their fully remote team (Poland timezone, flexible hours). In this role, you'll build complete, pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs, manage complex CMS collections, and develop reusable components that scale across projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-obsessed developer who takes ownership of their work, collaborates closely with designers and international clients, and is eager to grow toward advanced architecture and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build complete, production-quality Webflow websites from Figma designs with responsive, pixel-perfect implementations
• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections, including complex collections, filters, and relational data
• Develop reusable components and scalable layout patterns that maintain consistency across projects
• Implement custom interactions, animations, and enhanced functionality using Finsweet or custom attributes
• Optimize websites for performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility standards
• Maintain consistent, logical class naming conventions and clean project architecture aligned with team standards
• Collaborate closely with designers and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to improving team workflows, documentation, and build quality standards

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on Webflow development experience with proven portfolio work
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow Designer and CMS, including complex collections, filters, and relational structures
• Strong semantic HTML knowledge—you write clean, accessible markup that supports SEO and screen readers
• Strong CSS skills including flexbox, grid, custom properties, responsive typography, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, maintainable Webflow structures beyond one-off pages
• Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level) for clear communication in async/remote environments
• Experience building reusable components and modular elements that scale across multiple projects

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Client-First, Lumos, or similar naming and structure frameworks
• Understanding of performance optimization and Core Web Vitals implementation
• Experience with Figma inspection and design systems/tokens
• Stronger technical SEO knowledge, including structured data, URL strategy, and site migrations
• Experience with advanced animations (GSAP) and AI workflow tools
• Prior experience working with English-speaking clients and international teams
