Responsibilities

• Own and manage the W.A. Smith Financial Group website built in Webflow, implementing improvements to user experience and conversion paths
• Lead SEO strategy and optimization efforts to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
• Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and performance
• Maintain accurate analytics tracking and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
• Ensure leads flow seamlessly from the website into Salesforce with proper data integrity
